If your Hunters Element product is covered under the 5 Year Warranty, Hunters Element will repair it for free.
Under our Satisfaction Guarantee if a Hunters Element product is found to be faulty in any way under recreational use or you are not satisfied with it, within 30 days after the date of purchase, Hunters Element will repair or replace it. The product must be undamaged or have minimal wear and tear.
Defective Merchandise: Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

How to Return
If you need to return a Hunters Element product it must be be cleaned and packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product (where possible).

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns or repairs unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order. All product returns must meet the ‘Product Return Guidelines’ to be accepted for repair or replacement.
